Wow, all that rhymed!

So thanks to Sharon for the link to Pandora which I must say is a dammed cool application. I stated with some music from Jem and worked my way through 3 Doors Down and some other stuff that’s not too bad. Very cool.

So, I’ve been noticing that since I work across from City Hall that, besides tourists, City Hall also attracts protestors. Lots of them. It’s seriously starting to feel like PCU here. Everyday, a new protest or worse, more under-educated over-paid under-worked people rallying to go on strike for more money. This isn’t France. Fuck-off. God I hate unions. You like socialism, then move.

Ugg, so following up on People. I’d like a moment to rant about coworkers. I don’t know about you, but I grew up with certain manners. If someone else is eating their lunch, I don’t walk over to them and say “ooooo. That looks good, give me some!” Or worse “ooo … *yoink* this IS good!” Why don’t I do that? Well because my mother taught me better and the fact that it’s just rude. So, when my coworker today came over to ask me a question, saw me eatig my Eggo Waffle cereal and said what is that, followed by “Give me some”. I said to her nicely. “No. People usually ask nicely with a please and thank you. Not demand it.” There is nothing like the silent stare of a person who cannot grasp a simple concept. After repeating the words “Please … Please”, she finally got it and asked nicely if she may have some cereal. I don’t know some thing like this are so hard for people. But, hey, not everyone apparently has manners.
